Greetings from the Executive Director of Phiphymak Rehabilitation Home Uganda
Phiphymak Rehabilitation Home Uganda (PMRHU) is an independent, non-governmental and non-profitable social organisation established in May 2024 by Asiimwe Phiona and a team of young energetic and passionate people with experiences in different sectors, who desired to promote capacity development and provide opportunities to victims of Gender Based Violence in Uganda. It is a registered organisation.
Our Objectives
1. To implement and expand targeted vocational training programs that align with current industry demands.
2. To facilitate regular mentor-mentee interactions, workshops, and networking events to foster meaningful relationships.
3. To monitor the utilization of funds, track business growth among beneficiaries, and refine financial assistance models based on performance and impact metrics.
4. To establish and nurture savings groups among program participants to encourage regular saving habits and financial discipline.
5. To provide financial literacy training to equip young entrepreneurs with the knowledge and skills needed to manage their finances effectively.
6. To use feedback from beneficiaries, mentors, and stakeholders to inform strategic decisions and enhance the overall effectiveness of the empowerment program.

PhiphyMak Rehabilitation Home Uganda is engaged in various areas of work to promote professionalism, youth development, capacity building, health, education, environmental sustainability, climate change awareness, and the empowerment of both youth and women. We strive to support vulnerable and marginalised populations by fostering professionalism and providing opportunities through capacity-building initiatives.
PhiphyMak Rehabilitation Home aims to improve the living conditions of poor and marginalised groups by implementing community initiatives, fostering participation, and raising awareness. We are committed to making a significant impact on the lives of those affected by Gender-Based Violence. Established in 2024, our primary focus is on supporting underserved communities the country.
